Bulk Buylist Terms
These terms cover the PokePursuit bulk buylist, also called Sell Your Cards. When you submit cards, you agree to them. This service is for sellers in the United States. Launch games are Pokemon and Disney Lorcana.
1.What this service is
You mail us bulk cards, we verify them, and we pay you. We price by category and count, not by individual card. This is a bulk service, so we do not make a separate offer on each card. We may change our rates, pause a game, or close the buylist at any time. If a game is paused, we are not accepting it, even if you have an older link or estimate.
2.Your promises
By submitting, you confirm that you own the cards and have the legal right to sell them, that they are not stolen or subject to any claim, that you are 18 or older, and that the information you give us is accurate.
3.Your estimate is an estimate
The payout shown when you submit is based only on the categories and counts you enter, at the rates published that day. It is a working estimate, not a final offer. We pay based on what we actually verify.
4.How we verify
When your package arrives, we count the cards, sort them by rarity and category, and check authenticity and condition. If a card was entered in the wrong category, we reclassify it to the correct one.
5.Condition policy: Near Mint only
We buy Near Mint cards. A Near Mint card looks unplayed, with sharp corners, clean edges, a clean surface, and no visible wear. Please read our Condition Guide before you send, so you know what we accept.
Cards that are not Near Mint, or that show any of the following, are reclassified to a lower value or removed and not paid, at our discretion:
- Whitening, nicks, or fraying on corners or edges
- Scratches, scuffs, clouding, or print lines on the surface
- Creases, bends, or dents
- Water, liquid, or moisture damage
- Ink, writing, stamps, or stickers
- Trimmed, altered, or otherwise modified cards
Because this is a bulk service, we do not grade every card one by one. We inspect each submission and sample by category, and we reclassify or remove cards that do not meet the Near Mint standard.
6.Rates, pricing, and duplicates
We pay the published rate for each category at the time you submit. If we change our rates later, that change does not affect a submission you already sent. Your value is calculated per category from the counts we verify.
We may limit how many of a single category we buy per submission, and any limit is shown on the rate list. We also buy only a limited number of copies of any one card at the listed rate. Additional duplicates, and cards that trade below the listed rate, may be reclassified to a bulk rate or declined, at our discretion.
7.Minimum submission
A submission must estimate to at least $10.00 to be accepted. There is no minimum card count.
8.The verified payout is final
We pay based on the counts and condition we verify. Some difference from your estimate is normal, since your estimate is based only on what you entered. By submitting, you agree that the verified payout is final and is not a negotiation. We keep a full record of what you entered and what we verified, and we can share that breakdown with you.
9.We may decline a submission
We may decline all or part of any submission at our discretion. Items we decline that are not counterfeit can be returned to you at your cost. If you do not arrange and pay for return within 30 days of our notice, the items are treated as abandoned and we may dispose of them.
10.Payment
We pay by PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App to the handle you provide, within 3 business days of approval. Please make sure your payout details are correct. We are not responsible for a payment sent to a handle you entered incorrectly.
11.Turnaround
We verify within 3 to 5 business days of arrival. Busy periods can take longer, and we will keep your status updated.
12.Shipping to us
You pack and ship your cards to us. Use a trackable service, and consider insurance for higher-value lots. Until we receive and log your package, the risk of loss or damage in transit is yours. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged before they reach us.
13.Returns
Because payouts are final, we do not offer returns once cards are verified. If we choose to return items in a specific case, such as items we decline, you pay return shipping, and we will confirm the cost with you before we send anything back.
14.Counterfeit and prohibited items
We do not accept counterfeit, proxy, altered, or trimmed cards, cards that are not the game you selected, or cards you do not own. Counterfeit or altered cards are not paid for and are not returned. We may destroy them, since we will not put fakes back into circulation. Other items we do not accept are handled under section 9.
15.Records
We keep a record of each submission, including the counts you entered, the counts we verified, and any adjustments, for our records and to resolve any dispute.
16.Privacy
We use your name, contact details, address, and payout information only to process your submission and pay you. See our Privacy Policy.
17.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you submit applies to that submission.
