🔒 PokePursuit Refund & Return Policy
At PokePursuit, we pride ourselves on delivering authentic, carefully packaged Pokémon cards and sealed products. To protect our customers and our business, we maintain a clear and strict policy on refunds and returns.
📦 Item Condition
- Singles are sold in Near Mint or better condition unless otherwise noted.
- Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.) are sold as-is based on the grading company’s assessment.
- Sealed products are sold in factory-sealed condition. We cannot guarantee pack contents, pull rates, or card values.
🚫 Returns & Exchanges
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to:
- Pull rates or contents of sealed products
- Disagreement with a grading company’s evaluation
- Change of mind
💰 Refunds
Refunds are only issued under these circumstances:
- Damaged in Transit → If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, shipping box, and shipping label.
- Wrong Item Shipped → In the rare case of a fulfillment error, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packing slip, and shipping label.
Refunds will not be processed without the required proof. For orders above $200, items may need to be returned using tracked shipping before a refund or replacement is issued.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
- We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Requests to change addresses after purchase cannot be accommodated.
- Tracking is provided on all orders.
- Orders over $200 may require signature confirmation at delivery.
- Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refund or replacement.
⚖️ Fraud Prevention
- Orders flagged by Shopify’s fraud analysis may be canceled and refunded.
- Refunds are only ever issued back to the original payment method.
