Where we ship

• We currently ship to addresses within the United States. (International coming soon.)

Processing time

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Preorders or back-ordered items will display their estimated ship date on the product page.

Carriers & services

• Standard: USPS Ground Advantage (calculated rates at checkout)
• Expedited: UPS 2nd Day Air (calculated rates at checkout)

Free shipping

• Free Standard Shipping on orders $75+ (after discounts, before tax).
• Expedited options remain available at their calculated rates.

Packaging

• Singles/Slabs: Sleeved, top-loaded (for singles), secure wrap, and rigid or bubble mailer/box.
• Sealed Product: Bubble-wrapped and boxed to minimize transit damage.

Tracking & delivery

• All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
• Orders $200+ may require signature on delivery.
• Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered delivered and are not eligible for refund or replacement. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

Address accuracy

• We ship only to the address provided at checkout. Address changes after purchase cannot be accommodated. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be refunded minus shipping costs.

Combined orders

• If you place multiple orders to the same address before fulfillment, we may combine them at our discretion. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Damage or wrong item

• If your order arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, the shipping box, and the shipping label so we can help. See our Refund & Return Policy for full details.

Carrier delays

• Once handed to the carrier, transit timelines are outside our control. Weather, holidays, and operational delays may affect delivery dates.

Order cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before a shipping label is created. After a label is created or once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
